Do you even need a web-site?
We’re accountable: projects are conducted with all the tools & techniques needed to ensure good communication (and a good result):

Most made-to-order web-sites follow a standard methodology that we’ve developed to keep all partys informed, engaged and in control of the development process:
You simply can not provide us with too much briefing information. The more the merrier, please.
A written, obligation-free proposal/quote gives you the low-down on what to expect for your money.
A project-specific weblog documents all relevant briefing and scope-of-work information, and is used as a central repository for all project development. Clients and their consultants are kept fully up to date with the project’s status.
For sizeable projects we can leverage the flexibility and power of Basecamp project management software.
A research and ideas-development phase where we cajole and prod you for more information and clarification on the odd issue—we need to fully understand your particular requirements and posit the site’s organisational structures before we start thinking about what it will look like.
We take a first stab at your site design and document its organisational structure and architecture, all in the form of a paper prototype pdf document. Annotated, colour mock-up screens are displayed for your consideration – you’ll be able to picture how your site will look and function.
We encourage as much dialogue as possible at this stage of the design process. Tell us your likes, your dislikes, your ideas… We’ll take it all on-board and develop the next stage: the working prototype.
We try again, this time in the web browser…
The working prototype is our first attempt at achieving the design intent in XHTML, CSS and Javascript.
We put most projects through multiple revisions of the prototype before we show it to the client—each design, roughly sketched out in the paper prototype, gradually evolves into something both client and web designer can move forward with.
We hand-code all websites to the highest web standards from their inception; your software will be as future-proof and accessible as current technology allows.
Once you’re satisfied with the working prototype, the design is locked down and we get stuck into the development proper. Each design undergoes thorough testing with all common web-browsers.
Once your site goes live, we don’t cut-and-run either: we’re in it for the long haul, and back our websites for their lifetimes.
