The council-submission model-in-progress. Exposed concrete base and shield against the ugly green neighbour / thermal-mass. Exposed Structural-Insulated-Panel walls. Exposed Hybeam joists for floor and roof-spans. Natural aluminium windows. Bolts, warts-and-all.

The entry-'tongue' houses the primary access stairs from the bottom of the site, and the stair-lift system. In this variation I was looking at developing a rain-screen type ply-cladding system on the entry-garden walls. Latest thinking is now using Onduline, a local bitumen-impregnated corrugated sheet.
