Beginning in 1991, RIWAQ has compiled a National Register of Historic Buildings: a 13-year project (1994-2007) resulting in the publication of three volumes that include detailed information, maps and photos of some 420 villages in 16 districts of the West Bank, Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip.

All this is due to the energy and skill of many people: students, architects, archaeologists, and historians. Tom Kay contributed a number of drawings to this project, of which these are a representative selection.
